How DriftFix handles customer information

DriftFix may collect contact, repair, delivery and payment-related information needed to provide services. This can include a customer name, email address, phone number, delivery address, controller selections, order total and Stripe payment reference. Customer details are used only for repair communication, payment verification, fulfilment, record keeping, fraud or dispute handling and legal obligations, and are not placed in public repair-tracker messages.

Stripe payments

Website checkout is hosted and processed by Stripe. Card or bank-account credentials are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by DriftFix. Stripe returns the payment status and the contact or delivery details needed to fulfil the order. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Storage and access

DriftFix stores order and repair records in restricted server storage outside the public website. Access is limited to business administration and fulfilment. Customers can ask DriftFix to correct their contact or delivery details, subject to records that must be retained for business or legal purposes.
