Only the listed kit contents

A faceplate changes only the supplied front pieces. Full housing kits can include different components; inspect front and rear views and the original product description. Parts included by another selected kit are not charged twice.

Available options

Availability is shown beside each option and checked before payment. Sold-out parts stay visible but cannot be added to a paid build. Order-in eXtremeRate parts can take up to two weeks; delivery and booking are confirmed.

Installed stick-pair services

Listed installed totals include both modules, fitting or soldering, calibration and testing. No extra stick labour is added. Exact model prices are on Repair prices.

Cosmetic & mechanical parts

$15 front access or $25 full teardown per controller, using the highest required tier once. Several compatible cosmetic parts do not each attract a fee. Customer-changeable accessories need no opening or fitting fee once the required conversion is installed.

Customer-supplied sticks

Standard soldered matched-pair fitting is $55, including disassembly, calibration and testing. Plug-in matched pairs use $25 fitting; specialised Elite 2 GuliKit 720 fitting remains $60. Xbox One calibration-board pairs are +$5 where required, confirmed first. Other models may require a quote.

Customer-supplied parts & warranty

Provide both compatible modules or the exact cosmetic / electronic part with your controller. The 60-day DriftFix workmanship guarantee covers installation work only; customer-supplied parts have no DriftFix part or compatibility guarantee. Read the warranty terms before booking.

Electronics & assessment

Straightforward non-stick soldered module replacement is $20 labour per part, plus parts. Diagnosis and true microsoldering are $20 per actual hour. Listed fixed repairs override the general labour charge.

Cleaning & additional work

Standard cleaning is $20. Liquid assessment with deep cleaning is $35 and does not guarantee recovery. Parts, further diagnosis or repairs are agreed before proceeding. USB-port repair is not offered.

What the image means

Fitted composites show the selected parts on the controller model. Product photos remain available as references. Colour, reflections and lighting can vary in the finished build; a concept image is not a photograph of a completed customer job.

Hidden parts & ideas

Internal upgrades use fitting-location context; they do not add visible hardware after assembly. Ideas-only mode cannot be ordered. Save a design or request a review when unsure.

Local or mail-in

Arrange Narre Warren drop-off and pickup, or follow mail-in instructions before posting. Confirm the booking and provide your reference. Return postage is additional where applicable.

When to pay

Stock, compatibility and the final total are confirmed first. In-stock jobs require full payment before work. Parts deposits are credited toward the agreed total for order-in jobs; no parts are ordered before approval and payment. Payment and booking details →

Express service

Eligible handheld stick-only services add the listed $20 local express supplement. Next-day parts delivery and a booking slot must both be confirmed. Soldered models and mail-in jobs do not qualify.
